Abstract

This study evaluates the operational efficiency of 50 educational centers of bank branches in Iran using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Inputs such as costs and resources, along with outputs including staff satisfaction and performance scores, are analyzed to determine the relative efficiency of each center. Inefficient units are first identified using the Additive model, while Andersen-Petersen and MAJ Super-Efficiency models provide detailed ranking for efficient centers. The methodology highlights resource optimization, performance benchmarking, and improvement of educational services. Additionally, this framework emphasizes the role of staff motivation, job satisfaction, and human resource management in enhancing educational outcomes. For future research, incorporating fuzzy data is suggested to address uncertainties and complexities in evaluating educational centers.
